Private 1 hour one to one session on the Reformer, Wunda Chair or Cadillac. The most accessible way to experience the full Pilates method and system. Sessions are suitable for all levels beginner to advanced. (Pre-and postpartum sessions available)

My classes are built on foundational principles to incorporate a range of sequences working the entire body and designed to challenge you. Deepen your understanding of the Pilates method while improving your strength, control and overall body awareness.
Expect a creative take on some of the classical Pilates repertoire as well as some interpretations of the apparatus work.
Each class offers modifications and progressions so you are motivated and engaged as you continue to refine your practice.
All mats and props are provided.
Block bookings are not required, pay as you go per individual class.
This class is not suitable for complete beginners.
NOTE:
CANCELLATIONS : Kindly cancel your booking at least 24 hours prior to the commencement of the class, for which you will receive a credit to use at a future date. Cancellations within 24 hours will incur the full cost of the class booked. Class bookings can be cancelled directly online by logging into your account.

Expect dynamic stretches and steady, controlled movements, carefully re-aligning the body. Combined with breath work, this class will help relieve tight muscles, improve suppleness and leave you feeling decompressed and uplifted.
Suitable for complete beginners

Combined with breath work this class will help relieve tight muscles, improve suppleness and leave you feeling decompressed and uplifted.

Bring your own mat or towel, we meet at the Nairn East beach at 9.15am. Expect dynamic stretches and steady, controlled movements, carefully re-aligning the body. Combined with breathwork this class will help relieve tight muscles, improve suppleness and leave you feeling decompressed and uplifted.
This class it is suitable for both men and women. Teenagers over the age of 14 joining their parents are welcome too.
