Intermediate Full Body Strength Pilates Mat Class

1 hour Group class : 📍Performers UK (22 Bank Street, Inverness IV1 1QU)

My classes are built on foundational principles to incorporate a range of exercise sequences working the entire body and designed to challenge you. Deepen your understanding of the Pilates method while improving your strength, control and overall body awareness.

Expect a creative take on some of the classical Pilates repertoire as well as some interpretations of the apparatus work.

Each class offers modifications and progressions so you are motivated and engaged as you continue to refine your practice.

All mats and props are provided.

Block bookings are not required, pay as you go per individual class.

This class is not suitable for complete beginners.

NOTE:

  • CANCELLATIONS : Kindly cancel your booking at least 24 hours prior to the commencement of the class, for which you will receive a credit to use at a future date. Cancellations within 12 hours will incur the full cost of the class booked. Class bookings can be cancelled online by logging into your account.
  • PREGNANCY: If you are currently expecting or under 6 weeks postpartum please contact me directly before booking this class
  • INJURIES / HEALTH CONCERNS: It is essential to inform me at the time of booking of any injuries or health concerns you have which may affect your ability to perform certain exercises.
