In this Pilates class we use Foam Rollers to combine myofascial release, mobility and stretch.
Combined with breath work this class will help relieve tight muscles, improve suppleness and leave you feeling decompressed and uplifted.
Each class offers modifications and progressions suitable for beginner to intermediate so you are motivated and engaged as you continue to refine your practice.
