In this Pilates class we use Foam Rollers to combine strength, mobility and stretch for better body awareness.
The Foam rollers can help to access more connections in your deep core muscles and boosts stability and mobility. It also highlights which areas or sides of your body need the most work, enabling you to balance it out.
Combined with breath work, this class will help relieve tight muscles, improve suppleness and leave you feeling decompressed and uplifted.
Each class offers modifications and progressions suitable for beginner to intermediate so you are motivated and engaged as you continue to refine your practice.
