Foundations is a structured class designed to help you move confidently on the Reformer.

My classes are built to incorporate a range of sequences working the entire body. Learn to find your ‘powerhouse’, build your strength, mobility and overall body awareness.

Leave Foundations with a deeper understanding of your body, how to move well and enjoy the incredible benefits Pilates has to offer.

Each class offers modifications and progressions so you are motivated and engaged as you continue to refine your practice.

Foundations is recommended before progressing to other classes which will be added in the future, whether you are completely new to Pilates, Reformer or more experienced, this class is suitable for all abilities.

  • For convenience classes are Pay as you go. No block bookings are required.

  • A launch rate for classes is available during this period.

IMPORTANT:

  • CANCELLATIONS : Due to limited spaces we kindly ask you cancel your booking at least 24 hours prior to the commencement of the class, for which you will receive a credit to use at a future date. Cancellations within 24 hours will incur the full cost of the class booked. Class bookings can be cancelled directly online by logging into your account.

  • GRIP SOCKS: Grip socks are required for each class due to hygiene and safety purposes. Pairs can be purchased in Studio

  • CLASS INFORMATION: All information regarding your class, Studio etiquette, what to bring along and the location etc. will be emailed to you at least a day before your booked class. It is important to read all the information sent and contact Adele before the day of your booking should you have any questions.

  • INJURIES / HEALTH CONCERNS: It is essential to inform me at the time of booking of any injuries or health concerns you have, which may affect your ability to perform certain exercises.

  • PREGNANCY: This class is unfortunately not suitable for anyone who have reached their second trimester or are under 6 weeks postpartum.
