My classes are built on foundational principles to incorporate a range of exercise sequences working the entire body and designed to challenge you. Deepen your understanding of the Pilates method while improving your strength, control and overall body awareness.
Using different props such as foam rollers, bands and balls - all amazing tools to create extra feedback and assistance in getting deeper into the movement.
Expect a strong abdominal sequence, foot work, glutes, hips, shoulder mobility, spinal mobility and a creative take on some of the classical Pilates repertoire as well as some interpretations of the apparatus work.
Each class offers modifications and progressions suitable for beginner to intermediate so you are motivated and engaged as you continue to refine your practice.
All mats and props are provided.
Block bookings are not required, pay as you go per individual class.
